Shipping Policy

Processing time:

All products are made to order, and prioritized in the order they are received.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for production of pre-order items as well a custom orders.

S.P. Forge and Leather is owned and operated by just me -- one guy working out of his garage.

I am passionate about each and every product I make, which demands lengthy processing times. I do not take shortcuts to speed up production times.

Fluctuation within the 4 week time window is dependent on current order traffic and personal affairs.

Ready to Ship items will be shipped out the same day, or following day of order being placed.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds:

Due to the customized nature of made-to-order products, all sales are final.

If there is any type of production defect, I will absolutely replace the item with valid proof of defect.
